2-Weeks Coverage:

This is applicable for any manufacturing defects encountered 7 days upon receiving the product:

Cookware (Deluxe/Solitaire)

• Handle misalignment (Shaking, Loose, Crack)

• Dented Lid

• Uneven surface (Base of pan/pot)

• Uneven coating

• Cosmetic Defects (Dents, Scratches, Chipping, and Unwashable Marks)

• Peeling (Inner coating)

• Blistering (Inner coating)

• Sticking (Failure of non-stick coating due to dry-cooking & improper seasoning)​
   

Customers are recommended to inspect individual products once received (within one-week from the date received) in order to claim for coverage. Wyking Cookware  will replace defective products / parts depending on the defect. All defects have to be clearly captured according to requirements as above so we can identify and replace them accordingly.

6 months Warranty:

Warranty claim must include a clear picture or video to clearly show the defect. If no pictures or videos can be provided, Wyking Cookware reserves the right to reject the warranty claim if we believe that the warranty claim is fraudulent or made in bad faith.

What is NOT covered under the Wyking Cookware Warranty

1. Improper use or failure to comply with the use & care instructions.

2. Minor imperfections which do not impair the functionality of the product as intended. These include: Wyking exterior damages such as scratches, dents, scuffs, stains from ingredients and sauces, discoloration, colour changes, minor paint chips, normal wear and tear, or failure to comply with the use & care instructions.

3. Any damages caused by:

• • Cooking with metal/sharp utensils such as a metal spatula, knife, fork or spoon.

  • Washing using steel wool, abrasive cleaners, bleach and other similar products.

  • Commercial usage, including heavy and prolonged usage of the product.

  • Improper storage

  • Thermal shock, burns, overheating, or prolonged exposure to the high heat when empty.
