This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared by Able Pack (S) Pte Ltd or its related companies (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “ours”) when you visit or make a purchase from our platform, including but not limited to wyking.com.sg (herein referred to as the "Platform").

Regardless of the country from which you access or use the Platform, this Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore without regard to choice or conflict of law principles, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore to resolve any claims or disputes that may arise in connection with this Privacy Policy.
