Return Policy

Defective Product Replacement:
We will replace products with manufacturing defects as defined by our guidelines. Please provide clear images or videos illustrating the defect within 14 days of receipt to ensure proper identification and replacement.

 

What We Do Not Cover
- Change of mind
- Wear and tear, dents, or aging materials
- Minor discrepancies between products and images due to screen/color resolution variations
- Improper use of the product
- Exposure to corrosive substances
- Failure to follow aftercare instructions
- Damage from abuse, negligence, or accidents

Change of Mind Requests:
We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if you have special circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to explain your situation. We will review your request and may grant an exception, though you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fees:
Wyking Cookware reserves the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee of up to 15% for items returned in poor condition or missing components or accessories.

Additionally, we may deny refunds or exchanges for returns that are missing components or accessories, or that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence.
